We offer a complete range of pressings, full assembly solutions and EPD paint to our customers.
With customers ranging from automotive, off highway and other open markets, we supply niche volume, low volume aftermarket through to series production supply, in both steel and aluminium material. All supported by our own toolroom and engineering in Coventry.
Press machines ranging from 2500 tonne hydraulic, through 600 and 400 tonne manual tandem.
Supported by a full range and assembly equipment and expertise, including 7040 Trumpf Laser 5 axis laser cutting, Robot roller hemming mig welding and EPD paint. A class surface finish skin panels supported by hand metal finish and B class structural pressing.
We hold accredited certification to IATF 16949 which is supported by our Faro, CMM measurement and teardown weld destruction analysis.
